Mom is still doing very well. She is out of ICU and in a regular room in the same area she was two weeks ago
She is in great spirits and has been up an walking already today. The Physical Therapist came and took her on a walk around the unit and Dad says she is walking just as well as she was pre surgery.
This morning the doctor asked mom "How would you feel about going home tomorrow?" and Mom thought that would be OK. Since then we haven't heard any more about that, so we will have to wait and see.
What wonderful news. It sounds like maybe the walking better than before the second surgery?
